William Max Lawlor

William Max Lawlor, age 81, passed away on June 3, 2022. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on April 29, 1941 to his late parents William and Grace Lawlor. William is survived by his beloved wife of 41.5 years, Vera Sue Lawlor; loving children: William (Amy) Lawlor, William (Deb) McKenzie, Brian (Angel) Lawlor, Cindy (Peter) Loren; and dear grandchildren: Autumn, Brendan, and Alexis. He served in the United States Army. William enjoyed camping, traveling, horses, trains, and boats. He worked for Macomb Community College as a purchasing agent for 30 years. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
