Mary Ann Bishop, 73, of Hazel Park, MI, formerly of Irving, TX, died August 25, 2021 at Lakeside Manor Nursing & Rehab Center in Sterling Heights, MI. She was born on March 18, 1948 in Vanduser, MO, to Mary O. Cooksey of Texana, OK and LD Cooksey of Selmer, TN. She is survived by three daughters and one son, Danelle, Brande, Shannon and Richard; two sisters, Paula Wykoff and husband, Gary of Loveland, CO and Linda Bachel and husband, Larry of Tucson, AZ as well as grandchildren, nieces and nephews; plus a very dear friend, Jim Henderson, who brought companionship, laughter and joy to her life. Cremation will be conducted and ashes sent to family for a private Memorial, TBD.
