James Larry Lacey Sr.

James Larry Lacey Sr., age 87, of St. Clair Shores passed away on July 16, 2023. He was born on January 21, 1936 to the proud parents of Harlan and Thelma Lacey. James was the loving husband to the late Edna Lacey for 62 years. Beloved father to Mary (David) Smith, Alfred (Sandra) Lacey, Robin Lacey, and the late James Lacey Jr. Cherished grandfather to Christopher Smith, Stephen Smith, Marc Lacey, and Callie Lacey. James was preceded in death by his siblings Joann Lacey, Leroy Lacey and Dennis Lacey.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2023, beginning with a gathering at 9:00 am until time of Service at 10:00 am, at Kaul Funeral Home 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores, Michigan 48081.

Family will receive friends on Friday, July 21, 2023, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

In Lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to the American Heart Association.

Interment will take place at Christian Memorial Cultural Center Cemetery in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
