Eugene Stanley Koresky

Eugene Stanley Koresky, age 91, passed away on January 25, 2022. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Janet, daughter, Lori, and brother, James. Eugene is survived by his loving children: Lisa (Rob) Glidewell, Genenne Marlar, David; grandchildren: Brandon (Amanda), Tim (Jennifer), Jennifer (Tony), Devin (Stephanie), Tyler; great-grandchildren: Mackenzie, Naomi, Chloe, Connor, Gideon; and sister: Betty June Dixon. He served the city of Eastpointe for 36 years, retiring as the Fire Marshall. Eugene was a great euchre player and history buff. He enjoyed day trips in the car, spending time with family and friends, and being with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers donations to McLaren Hospice would be appreciated by the family. Visitation, Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Ave., St. Clair Shores.
