Ivan was a great guy to be around - he would often stop by our motel (Scotsman) in Niagara Falls and chat with my father Wasyl Wasyliw.  i believe they had a monopoly on the tv business in niagara falls motels - especially the Ukrainians. Uncle-Mike,In your most soft spoken ways,you touched many peoples-Hearts.You made many of family-members and others laugh to tears in our eyes with your humors.You,brought many peaches,pears and plums from your back-yard tree,to us in Sudbury for many yrs.How time flies by.You have enriched and touched so many personal peoples life's and lives,and your family,to Auntie Marion,Victor,John ,with much LOVE and from your 
Pihursky Family,we all share these sadful-day,of a family member whom has left us,and has continued on-ward in their pathway journey to Heaven,with GOD,JESUS,and all the Heavenly Angels,whom are guiding and watching over all of us here on our planet,we call (TARA) Earth.

Uncle Mike comforted and inspired all he met,because his faith touched everyone he met. No one left without U.M. wrapping them with Christian love. How blessed he made each of us feel, weather he spoke a word or not.n Now we carry God's love & Uncle Mike's too. I remember when his son Victor visited in Sudbury , when he left the Pihurski home, he'd call back to us all...Goodnight...and God Bless! Right-O,Victor! Now it is..God BLESSED!! I have been donating to a wonderful organization for the passed 2 years. Kiva.org. donates small loans to small businesses in foreign countries. I know Slawko has donated to small entrepreneurs in Ukraine as have I It is our way of continuing to spread God's light to others. Love and hope to you.

Uncle Mike and Extended Family,Sadley you will be missed,My Heart sank when I heard of you sudden passing,You were one of my Favorite of Uncles to me.,as my other favorite of Uncles.You always inspired me with your Knowledge and personal Wisdom of Life.We shared many family gatherings in Sudbury with our Family ,when yous all came down and at our family cottage at Key River..Every fond memories of of you will be kept with in my heart.
