Peacefully at Garden City Manor on Monday, November 20, 2017, Evelyn passed away in her 84th year. Beloved mother to Rita (Doug) Brewster, Rhoda Penner and Roger Penner. Loving grandmother to five, and great-grandmother to four. She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sister and their families.
The family will receive friends at the Hulse & English Funeral Home & Chapel, 75 Church Street, St. Catharines (905-684-6346) on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 7 – 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 2 pm. Interment will take place prior to the funeral service, at 12:45 pm at Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
