Conrad Ross Crawford

Passed away suddenly on July 23, 2012 in Owen Sound with family by his side. Survived and dearly missed by his wife of 67 years Marian. Much loved by his son Jeff (Rosemary) of Port Elgin. Cherished by grandchildren David and Sara. Also survived by Ryan, Lindsay, Tristen, Payton and numerous good friends at the Port Elgin Tourist Camp and in St.Catharines. Con had a career in education as a school superintendent inspector, principle and teacher for the province of Ontario for 64 years. He was a member of the Port Elgin Tourist Camp, Southampton Tennis Club, St.Catharines Curling Club, Probus CNIB, Mountainview United Church and a Veteran RCAF officer. He had a passion for fixing things and teaching both children and adults.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial visitation will take place on Wednesday, August 1st at Mountainview United Church 150 Glendale Ave at 11a.m with a Memorial Service to follow at 11:30a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Grey Bruce Health Centers of Southampton and Owen Sound and the St.Catharines chapter of the CNIB would be greatly appreciated.
