Mary Margaret Reid

Mary is survived by her children, Kevin Reid (Mona Fredericks), Michele Gibbs, and Kelly (Mark) Misuraca; grandchildren, Joseph (Katie) Gibbs, Dawn Bowen, Callie (Ben) Sass, Mindy Misuraca, Michael Reid, Mark (Jamie) Misuraca Jr., Amanda Gibbs, Nicole Reid, Sarah Gibbs, Hannah Gibbs, and Nick Misuraca; 10 great grandchildren; brothers, Joseph (Elaine) Darabcsek, Henry (Vicki) Darabcsek, Ken (the late Joann) Darabcsek, Jim (Jeannie) Darabcsek, and Harvey (the late Darlene) Darabcsek; her former husband, Jerry (Leona) Reid; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Margaret Darabcsek; and her long-time companion, John Bruno.

Mary was an owner/operator of Vaughn Roofing Company for many years. She was a very independent, strong-willed, and outspoken lady. However, her strongest and most admired quality was her caring nature. She loved her children very much and she lived for her precious grandchildren. In her spare time, Mary enjoyed bowling, going on long walks, shopping at the local thrift stores, working out at Curves, visiting the wineries, and going to the farm in New Florence. Most of all, she enjoyed spending quality time and making memories with her family and friends. Mary was a wonderful and spirited woman who will truly be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
