Laura Smith

She was born February 27, 1930 in Brumley, Missouri to Levi and Julia (Robinett) Albertson. Laura married J. Don Smith January 30, 1948 in Maryland Heights, Missouri. They were married nearly 44 years when Don passed away December, 1993 in Kimberling City Missouri where Don and Laura were faithful members of the Kimberling City Church of Christ. At the time of her passing, Laura was a member for 16 years at the College Church of Christ in Searcy.

As the youngest of ten children, Laura was preceded in death by her parents and nine siblings. She is survived by four sons, David (Vicki) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Gary (Melinda) of Searcy, Arkansas, Dale (Beverly) of Kansas City, Missouri, Jim (Tracy) of Kansas City, Missouri and one daughter Lori Rippe and (Maynard) of Republic, Missouri. Laura had 13 grand children 23 (and 1 on the way) great grand children, along with many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held for Laura Monday, August 16th at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in St. Ann, MO.
