Jerry M. Lawrence Sr.

Jerry M. Lawrence, age 52, of Saint Louis, Missouri passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2022. Jerry was born May 13, 1970 to the late Willetta B. (nee Williams) and the late James Lawrence, Sr. He is also preceded in death by his brothers, Andre Williams (Betty), James Williams and James Lawrence, Jr.

Jerry attended Normandy Senior High School and grew up in Pagedale, Missouri among friends that became family. He was a fun loving, outgoing, kind hearted guy with a great sense of humor. He would go out of his way to help anyone. Jerry loved living life, his family and friends.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Chanell D. Pruitt; his children, Terry Hunter, Sherrie "Tink" Lawrence, Tiffany Pruitt, Britiany Pruitt, Tiara Jewel, Jerry Lawrence, Jr. and Jerrell Lawrence (Erina Young); his 11 grandchildren with the 12 being born January 2023; his sisters, Willetta "Angel" Clay (Terrence), Brandy Lawrence, Nancy Holder and brother, Brian Lawrence; his parents-in-law, David and Rosie Pruitt;his brothers-in-law, David Pruitt, Jr., Anthony Pruitt, Hasson Pruitt; sisters-in-law, Michelle Pruitt and DeCarla Williams; he also leaves to cherish a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends.

A public visitation for Jerry will be held Friday, October 14, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Alexander - White - Mullen Funeral Home, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074. The funeral service will occur Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM, 11101 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO 63074 with a 2nd visitation from 10am until the service begins at 11am. Committal service will follow at Laurel Hill Cemetery, 2000 Pennsylvania Ave., St. Louis, MO 63133.
