He was born December 24, 1937, in St. Louis MO, the son of Milton and Marie (McClain) Plegge.
He is survived by brothers Morley Plegge of Rolla MO and Eugene (Evelyn) Plegge of Linn MO, as well as multiple nieces and nephews.
Gary was caring man who valued his family and friends. As a long-time member of the Masonic Lodge and Moose Lodge, he enjoyed the fraternity that these organizations brought to his life. His musical talents, particularly his beloved harmonicas, entertained his family and friends over the years. He had a long career with McDonnell Douglas/Boeing and a variety of interests including golf, tennis, diving, and photography.
Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
A committal service for GARY will be held Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, 11101 St Charles Rock Rd, Saint Ann, MO 63074.
