John Ronald was a great family man and a loving father. He married Sylvia Larwood in May, 1963 and the couple had three children together.
John Ronald was a social, active man who was deeply involved in civic volunteerism, including being a PTA president, coaching his daughters’ soccer teams, volunteering with International Students of George Mason University, and volunteering for Ecumenical Community Helping Others (ECHO). He enjoyed hiking, exercising and travel. His family and friends will always remember him as “Papa John,” a handyman who could fix anything.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to John’s favorite charity, ECHO. Here is the link: http://66.147.242.168/~echoinco/?page_id=47
