Patricia A. Williamson

Patricia Killen Williamson, 57, of Springfield, passed away on Monday August 13, 2012 at her residence. She was born on January 11, 1955 in Springfield to Roy and Irene Mary Smart Killen. Patricia married Robert Birnbaum on November 23, 1974 in Springfield and he survives, she then married William Williamson on February 20, 2003 in Springfield and he survives as well.

Patricia is also survived by her daughter Angela Christine (husband Josh Alvies) Birnbaum of Boston, MA., her sons: Nicholas Michael and Andrew Kenneth Birnbaum both of Springfield, and her granddaughter Caillen Madelyne Alvies . She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Michael Killen.

Patricia worked for the Secretary of State before she moved to a position with Horace Mann Educators. She was currently serving as a teachers aid for Springfield District 186 at Dubois Elementary for the last 18 years. Patricia was a loving mother and wife who enjoyed spending time with her family, her cats: Booker and Tori and her dog Hogan.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Friday August 17, 2012 at Bisch Funeral Home West, 2931 Koke Mill Rd., with Vicki Dowell officiating, and burial will follow in Old Salem Cemetery. The family will meet friends from 4-7pm Thursday August 16 at Bisch West.
