Margaret Nadine Rasmussen

She was born on Oct. 4, 1925 in Taylorville, IL, the daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret (Grant) Allison. She married James C. Rasmussen on June 28, 1947 in Taylorville, IL and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Rasmussen was a factory worker at Mark IV in Morton Grove, IL.

Nadine is survived by 3 daughters, Linda (husband William) Fenske of Arlington Heights, IL, Janis (husband William “Mike”) Sanders of Chatham, IL, and Patricia Dandurand of Tucson, AZ, grandchildren Steven (wife Jill Campione) Fenske and their son Chase, Jason Brown and his 3 children Kayla, Jesse, and Ashley and Jason’s granddaughter Sophia, Jeffrey (wife Vicki) Brown and their children Brenden and Tanner, Jennifer Schwartz and her son Jayden, and Kyle Schwartz and his son Jordan.

Besides her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a brother Arnold Allison, and a son-in-law Thomas Dandurand.

Services are under the direction of Bisch and Son Funeral Home, 505 E. Allen, Springfield. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 1 pm at Ridgewood Memorial Park in Des Plaines, IL.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
