Jeffrey T. Janusweski

He was born on December 31, 1956, in Springfield, the son of Leonard J. and Marilyn E. (Green) Janusweski. Jeffrey married Pamela Wicks, on September 26, 1995, in Steamboat Springs, CO.

Jeffrey graduated from Springfield High School. He retired as an IT Supervisor from Springfield Memorial Hospital. Jeffrey loved music, traveling, woodworking, and was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Bears. He was a special big brother to Brett, and became the family’s patriarch when his father passed away. His witty charm will be missed.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Diane Janusweski; brothers, Bruce and Sam Janusweski; and beloved dogs, Emmy Jo and Punkin.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Pamela Janusweski of Chatham; siblings, Brett (Carla) Janusweski of Williamsville, Sue (Charles) Stroub of Springfield, and Judy (Rick) Hinds of Springfield; sisters-in-law, Nancy Janusweski, Becca Wicks of Newberg, OR, and Tina Wicks of Springfield; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Cremation was provided by Butler Cremation Tribute Center.

Memorial Gathering: Family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024, at Boardman-Smith Funeral Home, 800 S. Grand Ave. W., Springfield.
