She is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Ronald Kansky, in addition to her three children and their wives: Ian and Kathy, Jay and Sara, Jared and Michele. Carol was a proud, beaming grandmother to six grandchildren: Rachel, Russell, Brandon, Joshua, Andrew, and Ethan, all of whom were the light of her life.
Carol was known for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering love for her family. She dedicated her life to caring for those around her and was always the first to offer a comforting word. Her kindness extended beyond her family as she was actively involved in assisting teachers in elementary classrooms in her local school district. She found great joy in reading, needlepointing, hook rugging, puzzling, and participating in services at her synagogue. Carol’s home was always filled with love and laughter. Her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Graveside services will be held Monday August 19, 2024, 12:00 PM at Cedar Park Cemetery, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ 07652. Carol will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her, and her spirit will live on in the countless lives she touched.
