He was born in Savannah, GA on July 17, 1926 to Julian Wylly Keck, Sr. and Kathleen Russell Keck. Wylly graduated from Coral Gables High school and received a BSME from the Georgia of Institute of Technology. He was married to Ann Simpson Keck on April 14, 1951. Wylly founded and was president of Keck and Wood Engineering, Inc. an engineering consulting firm in Atlanta GA. Wylly was passionate about being a woodworker, a pilot, and a sailor.
He was survived by sons Hal Keck of Brooksville, FL and David Keck of Lincoln, NE; four granddaughters, Allison Guice, Courtney Higgins, Stephanie Keck, and Rebecca Keck, as well as, three great grandchildren.
A visitation for Julian will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Turner Funeral Homes, 14360 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill, FL 34609, followed by a funeral service from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
