Loving Mother, Anna May (Fitzgibbons) Lindish, age 88, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Anna May was born April 24, 1933 in Chicago, IL and graduated from Waupaca High School in Waupaca, WI.
She married Charles Roy Lindish on May 5, 1951, worked as a secretary-bookeeper for Zeigler Chemical Co. Chicago, Uptown Electrical Contractor, Peenwalt Corp., Frank Miller & Sons and was a member of Forest Oaks Lutheran Church. She loved to dance, but family was everything.
Anna May is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Debra (Lindish) and Charles Canty; grandchildren, Charles (Kathe) Canty, Christine Canty and Carrie (Dan) Farris; great-grandchildren, Charles, Jack and Collin Canty; brother-in-law, Larry Schultz; step-brother, Robert Bateman; and sister-in-law's, Joan Lindish and Sharon Michel.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lindish; parents, Raymond Fitzgibbons and Naomi (Stearns) Fitzgibbons Johnson; maternal grandparents, Leona May (Payne) & Winfield Stearns; paternal grandparents, Anna Mae (O'Donnell) & John R. Fitzgibbons; numerous aunts, uncles, sister-in-laws, (Jean & Edith), cousins; mother-in-law, Polly (Hughes Lindish); father-in-law, Charles Lindish; and sister, Donna (Fitzgibbons) Schultz.
