I remember the first time I interviewed Tracy for a Washington Council of the Blind (WCB) scholarship. She was eager and full of energy. Each year she applied for a scholarship as she pursued her educational dreams. I was always amazed with her abilities. I always loved following her on FaceBook. She was definitely a loving and caring person.
Tracy, you will be very much missed. 

I will always remember Tracy's laugh how infectious it was.  She will be looking down on you and keeping you in her heart .  I was told when you are thinking of her she will be thinking of you.  Remember the fun times and all the fun jokes she'd tell.
