SallyAnn (Sally, Sugar Plum, Sis) met her heavenly father on Wednesday afternoon, February 21, 2024 surrounded by family. Sally was born July 10, 2005 to Keith and Kelly Yamane in Yakima, WA. She was the youngest of eight children. She was homeschooled and graduated in March 2023.
Sally had a beautiful heart; she loved people and was always trying to help them. She would see someone and would go out of her way to tell them they were pretty or beautiful. When we would eat out, she would always order some extra food and ask to give it to a homeless person so they could have something to eat.
Sally was accepted by Seattle Talent to participate in their training program for modeling and acting. She went to California to compete in the annual International Modeling and Talent Association (IMTA) convention. There she competed against participants from around the world. She took third place in one of the competitions with her ventriloquism talent. She then met with agents in New York and LA and had multiple offers and decided to go with one of the LA agents.
Sally had a variety of interests. She participated in judo and won many medals and trophies. She participated in the Junior Nationals in Hawaii and the Junior Olympics in Spokane. She enjoyed helping the Newman Lake Fire Auxiliary in the many events they sponsored, especially the 4th of July hot dog and t-shirt sale. She loved singing, listening to music and hanging with her friends. She loved riding and showing her horses. Her favorite was our Belgian, Ragnar. She would get up on him bareback and lay down on his back in the sun. One of her favorite past times was reading her bible.
She is survived by her loving parents, Keith and Kelly Yamane, Davenport; her seven brothers and sisters and 10 nieces and nephews.
On Saturday, March 9th, a Memorial Service will be held at 5:00 p.m. at the Warden Community Church in Warden, WA.
