Deborah (Debbie) Susan Greenough, 65, of Coeur d’ Alene, ID met her heavenly father on Monday, August 5, 2019 after a brave battle with lung cancer.
Debbie was born in Youngsville, NC on September 3, 1953 to Willard Elmo and Joyce Ann Wright. She was the only girl in the family of four children. Debbie’s attention to detail and strong work ethic served her well in her position as an applications and credentialing specialist for Direct Radiology. She loved all things related to sports, especially NASCAR, and enjoyed collecting memorabilia related to this hobby. She will be remembered by many for her kind heart, sense of humor, and her deep love for her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan D. Shull (Mike) of Sherman, TX; Jennifer M. Utz (Jason) of Kansas City, MO; and Melissa D. Smith of Spokane, WA.; her three grandchildren: Dylan, Caroline, and Kaylan; and her brothers Jack Wright, Ricky Wright, and Steven Wright and many nieces and nephews.
No public service will be held per Debbie’s request. Her family will scatter her ashes in the Atlantic Ocean next Spring. Donations in honor of Debbie may be sent to Hospice of Spokane or the American Lung Cancer Society.
