Steven George Franklin, 65, of Nine Mile Falls, Washington passed away on July 24th, 2021. Steve Franklin was born on July 24th, 1956 in California to parents Alice Harvey-Azpetia and Val Franklin.
He moved to Spokane, WA in the late 1970’s and worked as an Auto Mechanic for many years. He had a passion for restoring classic cars. Steve also enjoyed boating and his family and friends will always remember him as life of the party. Steve is survived by his sister Pam Loop and brother in-law Jerry Loop of Caldwell, ID. Two daughters; Kirstin Franklin and Alicia Newman of Spokane, WA. Four grandchildren; Kayleigh Kyhl, Colton Newman, Elizabeth Newman and Kathryn Newman of Spokane, WA.
Steve is preceded in death by Alice Harvey-Azpetia, Val Franklin and Mary Franklin.
Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, August 21st, at Hazen & Jaeger Valley Funeral Home 1306 N. Pines Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206 with a reception to follow. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Steve’s life.
