JoAnn Klokkevold of Spokane Valley, Washington died on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Hospice House North, Spokane, WA after a battle with cancer. She was 84. She was born on May 5, 1932 in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She married Robert Wayne Klokkevold and together they had 4 children. JoAnn worked as an office manager at Baker Commodities and various other jobs after she retired. A unique soul, JoAnn was very creative and enjoyed scrap booking, embroidering, doll making and knitting. She will be greatly missed. JoAnn is survived by her children Joe Klokkevold of Spokane Valley, WA, Patti Kutschko of Stevenson Ranch, CA, Laura Groves of Puyallup, WA, her sister Pat Carr of Smyrna, GA and was predeceased by her husband, Robert Klokkevold. A memorial service organized by Hazen & Jeager Funeral Home will be held at the grave site in Pines Cemetery 1402 S. Pines, Spokane Valley, WA at the South side of 16th Ave. on August 27, 2016 at 1:30 p.m.
