John Frederick Robinson

John Frederick “Jack” Robinson of Sparta, New Jersey, entered the Church Triumphant on November 14, 2022, six days short of his 74th birthday. We give thanks for all the gifts of love Jack bestowed on everyone as we grieve his loss.

Jack married Barbara (Dannenberg) 51 years ago (his high school sweetheart) and was dad to Brian (Christine) and Christopher (Katie). Zoë, Zach, Alex, Mark, Willow and Logan called him Gramps. Jack is also survived by his brothers Warren (Janet) and Larry (Leslie) and their families. His parents, Jack and Janina preceded him and death. 

After his great love of Barbara and family, Jack could be found hiking, trout or surf fishing and traveling. Jack had great love for gardening - especially tomatoes. Projects around the home required the “right” nail or screw so his family is now ready to build anything. 

Jack loves music - he was in a band and everything. If it was the Beatles, it was all right. An accomplishment of pride was attending 50 consecutive Belmont Stake races. Jack loved all children serving as a coach and mentor around the area. In his later years, Jack was blessed to spend time with his grandkids during the week.

We are left with memories of Jack’s love. A private memorial service was held and a celebration of his life will be scheduled at a later date.
