Barbara Hackett, 90, of Palm Gardens, in Sun City Center, FL., passed away on March 19, 2012. Barbara was born in Carbondale, PA and lived in the Lake Mohawk section of Sparta before moving to Florida. She was active in the Lake Mohawk Country Club and was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Church in Sparta. Barbara was predeceased by her first husband Charles Eichenberg. She is survived by her devoted children: Barbara Evans and her husband Ed and Charles Eichenberg and his wife Gloria. Barbara is also survived by 4 loving grandchildren and 7 loving great- grandchildren. Friends may call Friday, March 23, 2012 from 4-8pm at the Goble Funeral Home, 22 Main St., Sparta, NJ 07871. A funeral mass will be held at 10am Saturday at Our Lady of the Lake Church, 294 Sparta Ave., Sparta, NJ 07871.
