Mrs. Parker was born December 27, 1951 in San Francisco, California to the late Edward and Mary Chapman. She had worked at Walmart in Southport for fourteen years and had considered many of the associates as her family.
Survivors include her son, Jeremy Gardner; two grandchildren; a step-daughter, Christy Peterson; a step-son, LeChristopher Parker; five sisters, Patricia Triece, Cathy Chapman, Grace Cote, Diane Chapdelaine, and Linda Michie; two brothers, Fred Chapman, and Armond Ledoux; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Parker; a sister, Peggy Mansfield; three brothers, Edward Chapman, Mark Chapman, and David Chapman.
She will be remembered as a loving, kind, and caring, Irish woman.
