Linda Diane Swenton

Linda Diane Swenton (Voisine), 71 years young, formerly of Southington, CT, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2024 at Hartford Hospital. Linda (Voisine) was born at Hartford Hospital on August 24, 1952. She was predeceased by her husband, William “Billy” Swenton, her Father and Mother, Leon and Mary (Muszynski) Voisine, and her little Brother, Bruce Voisine.

Linda was a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Linda grew up in Southington along with her brother Bruce and graduated from Southington High School. In her younger years, she enjoyed traveling as often as she could, spending time all over the New England states, vacationing in Mexico, and even living for some time all the way out in Anchorage, Alaska before settling back home here in Connecticut. She resided in Bristol and Southington most of her life, working in secretarial and receptionist roles until she retired. In her spare time, Linda enjoyed reading romance novels, watching Charmed, and spending time with those she loved. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren immensely.

Linda will be missed dearly by her daughter and daughter's husband, Lisa and Michael Guarda of Southington, son Shayne Swenton of Waterbury, grandchildren: Jasmine McCahill, Damien Norris, FN, Jenna Pomerleau, Shyanne Guarda, Hope Palmieri, Carter Guarda, and numerous other family and friends that loved her.

Services will be private and will be announced at the convenience of the family in honor and respect for Linda.
