He was the beloved husband of Carol (Plourde) Kizilski for 57 years. Born February 22, 1940 in New Britain, he was the son of the late Frank and Anna (Sacheck) Kizilski.
A lover of life, the outdoors, and all things Nascar, Jack always had a smile on his face. Whether you knew him for years, or just moments, he would always have a kind word, an ear to listen, or a story to tell you. During his long career as a surveyor for CL&P, he made many lifelong friends. Over the years, they made countless memories skiing, traveling, and spending time together.
Jack loved to drive, and he & his wife spent several years touring the country in their RV. Jack loved cars. He could tell you the year, make and model just by seeing the taillights. He enjoyed attending car shows and, in later years, watching them on YouTube. His favorite car was a 1932 Ford Coupe.
In addition to his wife, he leaves his daughter and two grandchildren who lit up his world. There was nothing he wouldn't do for them.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jack's name to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research, using this link: tinyurl.com/3rnyr3bv
