Kathryn Elizabeth Ringers

RINGERS, Kathryn E. died peacefully on Monday, February 6, 2017 at Christ Home in Warminster. She was 87 years of age. Born in Glen Rock, NJ, she was the daughter of the late William and Catherine Grieves. Kathryn was a resident of Ivyland PA for the past 12 years. She had previously lived in Effort, PA, Franklin Lakes and Oakland, NJ.

Mrs. Ringers had been a Realtor in Oakland and Franklin Lakes NJ. She was also employed as a bookkeeper and administrator by several local businesses. She enjoyed playing Mahjong, cards and bingo with her Ivyland friends. She was a passionate bargain hunter and enjoyed garage sales and flea markets. Kathy loved all animals, particularly her pet cats.

Kathryn was the beloved wife of Jacob Ringers for 52 years before his death in 2004. She was the devoted mother of Brian Ringers (Doreen) of Southampton, Daniel Ringers (Lindsay Koehler) of Bushnell, FL and the late Karen Russell. She was the loving grandmother of Jessica and Jacob.

A calling and remembrance hour, followed by a funeral service will be at Lamb Funeral Home 101 Byberry Rd, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 at 11 AM on Sunday February 19th 2017. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to the Bucks County SPCA, alternatively, take a moment and reach out to another person or do a good deed. Anything to make the world a little better.
