Joseph H. Adams

Joseph H. Adams, Jr. died on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at Holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadowbrook. He was 92 years of age. Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna Wirtz Adams. Joseph was a resident of Feasterville since 1952.

Mr. Adams was a retired tool maker. Joseph was Army Air Corps veteran of WW II. He served in the Pacific Theater.

Mr. Adams was a Communicant of St. Christoph Parish in Philadelphia. He was a member of the Jesse W. Soby American Legion Post # 148 in Langhorne.

Joseph was an avid gardener. He enjoyed cultivating both his vegetable and flower gardens. He also enjoyed crafts and working on home improvement projects.

Joseph was the beloved husband of Olga Komada Adams for 69 years. He was the devoted father of Joseph J. Adams (Ann) of Churchville, Michael Adams (Joanne) of Pipersville and Carol Leslie Adams of Feasterville. He was the loving grandfather of Philip Adams.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at St. Christopher Church, 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30. The interment will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donation in his name may be made to the Jesse W. Soby American Legion Post #148, 115 West Richardson Avenue, Langhorne, PA 19047.
