Andrew Ferraguto of Brewster, Massachusetts sadly passed away on August 18, 2024, after a lengthy battle with kidney disease.
Son of the late Salvatore Ferraguto and Laura (Barbosa) Ferraguto, husband of Jacqueline Sahagian Ferraguto, and father to Peter Ferraguto and wife Beth Walls, and Paige Ferraguto and wife Sarah Robinson. Grandfather to Tyler Ferraguto and partner Amanda Gordon, and Great Grand Papa to Nekelle. Loving brother to Joe (Dolores), Phil (Sharon), Paul (Kathy) and Thomas (Sonja).
Andy held a few different careers, the latest as a hospital administrator, prior to his retirement to the Cape in 2009. Andy’s occupation wasn’t what defined him or made him a great man. He will be remembered in our hearts as kindness personified – that is what made him a great man!
Just a few of his amazing virtues: he never met a stranger; he loved his family; he cared deeply and wasn’t afraid to show emotion; he was full of enthusiasm for new, or even mundane, experiences; he loved bringing joy to people through his gift of cooking; he took time to befriend children; and he genuinely connected with people. He will be missed.
Visiting hours will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 3:00PM to 6:00PM at Doane, Beal, & Ames located at 729 Route 134, South Dennis, MA 02660.
