David P. Ruggiero, age 61, of N. Dartmouth, MA, passed away unexpectedly Monday, November 27, 2017 in St. Luke’s Hospital. He was the husband of Michelle M. (Fay) Ruggiero to whom he had been married for many years.
Born in Brockton, MA the son of Mary (Lori) Ruggiero and the late Octavio J. Ruggiero Sr., he was a graduate of Stoughton High School and later attended Northeastern University. David was employed as a Field Service Technician with Multivac for the past 4 years and prior to that was employed for over 30 years as a Field Service Manager with Butler Automatic Inc. in Canton, MA.
In addition to his wife and mother, David is survived by his four children Robert C. Ruggiero and his wife Molly of Hampton, VA, David P. Ruggiero Jr. and his wife Mikki of South Dakota, Michelle M. Noel and her husband Ernest IV of Franklin, NC, and Christopher R. Ruggiero and his fiancée Amanda Stevens of Corapeake, NC; eight grandchildren Ernest V, Anna, Alyssa, Victoria, Courtney, Alexander, Gracie and Isabella; five brothers and sisters Donna, Thomas, Susan, Octavio(OJ) and Mary as well as several nieces and nephews. David was predeceased by one brother Peter.
His Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 1 to 4PM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME AT DARTMOUTH 230 Russells Mills Rd., Dartmouth. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in his honor may be made to the Abandoned Angels Cocker Spaniel Rescue, Inc., P.O. Box
