John T. Steele, Jr. “Jack”, age 67, of Fall River, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Debra (Perry) Steele to whom he had been married 17 years.
Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late John T. Steele, Sr. and Dorothy (Medeiros) Steele.
Jack served his country proudly as a Marine and was a Fall River Police Officer for 20 years. After retirement, he worked as a Security Guard for Southcoast Hospital and as a delivery driver for Fall River Florist. Everyone who knew Jack loved him and he will be remembered for his witty, jokester nature.
Besides his devoted wife, he is survived by five children, three stepchildren as well as his faithful companion, Benji.
Visitation with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Rose E. Sullivan, 866 County St., Somerset. Burial will be private.
