Born in Fall River, a son of the late Charles L. and Cynthia J. (Alexander) King he was a lifelong area resident.
Dave graduated from Somerset High School in 1985. He worked as a service technician for Rent-A-Center for 27 years and later continued his handy work covering much of the northeast. He was a brilliant man and he could fix anything. In his spare time, he was a motorcycle enthusiast and he loved to go fishing. Most important to David was spending time with his kids and grandson.
In addition to Catherine, he is survived by his children, Jessica M. King of Swansea and David E. King of Fall River; three sisters, Macie J. King of Somerset, Cheryl Ann Dorgan and her husband Timothy of Somerset, and Lisa M. St. Denis and her husband Raymond of Somerset; two brothers, Timothy C. King and his wife Lisa of Dayton, ME and Paul T. King of Somerset; his beloved grandson, Nicholas Raymond Pierce of Swansea; and many nieces and nephews.
