Virginia L. Hill

Virginia L. Hill, long time resident of the Snohomish Valley passed away after a long illness February 24th, 2012 at Lake Stevens, Washington. She was born to Leo Peck and Eva Peck Cain on September 14, 1940 in Wenatchee, Washington. She graduated from Wenatchee High School and was married to Gary Hill, also of Wenatchee. They had two sons, Gary Hill, Jr. and Scott Hill. She moved with her family to the Snohomish valley in the late 1960’s where she worked and raised her family. She loved making things grow and always boasted beautiful flower gardens. Virginia is survived by one brother, Ivan Cain of Monitor, Washington, and two sisters, Marita Hinderer of East Wenatchee, Washington and Jeanette Easling of Sequim, Washington, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Arrangements are being handled by Bauer Funeral Chapel of Snohomish, Washington and that will be the location of a memorial service planned for Saturday, September 29th at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Annie Hayes of the United Methodist Church of Snohomish will officiate.
