Glenn was born on March 1, 1940 in Byron, Georgia. On January 26, 1963, he married Janice Bowen. They raised two daughters, Carine and Sherri. He worked for the State of Georgia Department of Transportation for over thirty years. After he retired, he worked for Moreland Altobelli Associates for seven more years. Glenn loved his family, friends, traveling, and fishing. He never met a stranger and loved to boast about his children and grandchildren at every opportunity.
Glenn is survived by his loving wife, Janice Scarborough, his two daughters Carine Bullock and Sherri McMullen (Clark McMullen), and his two grandchildren, Samantha McMullen and Maris McMullen. He was also survived by Janice’s brothers, Harry Bowen (Lee) and Michael Bowen (Lisa) and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made in Glenn's honor to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Atlanta, GA.
