Robert served two tours in Vietnam as a Seabee. He then worked as a pipeline controller for 35 years. He was born to Ned and Elizabeth Pansano on May 10, 1948. He is survived by his two sisters, Evelyn Naquin and Cathy Cauthron. Three daughters, Brandy Pansano, Rhiannon Kane, and Andrea Pansano. Godchildren, (niece) Onesia Floyd and (nephew) Robert Cauthron, as well as other nieces and nephews. Son-in-Law, Chris Kane. Grandchildren, Devin James, Daryian Tisdale, Noah Kane, and Jordan Kane. As well as great grandchildren. He was married to Gail Pansano for 34 years.
A visitation for Robert will be held Wednesday, May 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Eternal Hills Funeral Home and Cremation, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039.
Another visitation will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Ourso Funeral Home 31885 Hwy. 1 White Castle, LA 70788 (225-473-8122) from 9:00am-11:00am. Mass will start at 11:00am at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 32615 Bowie St. White Castle, LA 70788. Directly following will be the military service at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church Cemetery.
