Dorithea Irine Carroll

Born- July 26, 1951 in Tell City, IN.

Dorithea Carroll age 73 of Conyers, GA passed away on November 23, 2024.

She is survived by her husband Jessie Carroll. Her children David Carroll, Ricky Carroll, Jessica (Anthony) Sullo, and Brandy Alcorn. Her sisters Bessie (Ricky) Hudgins and Althea Vanconey Walker. Her grandchildren David Carroll JR., Abigail Carroll, James (Angelina) Carroll, Samantha Carroll, Josh (Kayla) Tullis, Logan Carroll, and Tyler (Rebekah) Alcorn.

In addition to a host of great grandchildren and other family, whom she loved so much. She was proceeded in death by her mother Bessie Martin and father Henry Nutzel.

Dorithea was a wonderful woman, with a big, kind loving heart for others. Yet, she could still mean business. She stood strong in her faith, unshakable in her relationship with the Lord. She was and still is a rock, a stronghold in many lives that surrounded her. She was a blessing to anyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She will never be forgotten, as she lives in our memories and our hearts.

As these verses share, she may be physically gone from us but she is now fully living with the Lord. His word ensures us there is life beyond our current world. A heaven unlike anything else where we will be reunited once again.

A funeral will occur Friday, November 29, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039. A committal will occur Friday, November 29, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM, 3594 Stone Mountain Highway, Snellville, GA 30039.
