Fowler; loving mother of Sandra van Bochove and her husband Romero; cherished grandmother of Olivia van Bochove. Also survived by her close friend Dina Linares and dear cousins Rafael Rizo and Virgino Duran and families. Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Hines-Rinaldi Funeral Home, 11800 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20904. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 12 Noon at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 118001 Claridge Rd., Wheaton, MD 20902. Interment to follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
