Martha Jane Holt

She was born on May 4, 1947 in Fayette, AL. to the late Bruce and Clare Tucker Tidwell.

On December 18, 1996 in Blytheville, AR. she married Dale Holt who preceded her in death on June 26, 2015.

She had worked at Sikeston Convalescent Center for five years; she later worked as an in-home caregiver until her recent retirement.

She is survived by one daughter Julie Kersey of Morley, MO.; two brothers, Roy Tidwell of Oran, MO. and Gene (Monica) Tidwell of Sikeston, MO.; three sisters, Faye Krauss of East Prairie, MO., Donna Tidwell of Poplar Bluff, MO. and Charmain (Randy) VanRyswyk of Minnesota; two grandchildren, Heather (Drew) Taylor of Morley, MO. and Dylan (Danielle) Kersey of Sikeston, MO.; two great-grandchildren, Emaline Taylor and Cole Taylor.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, James Tidwell; four sisters, Ann Evans, Bonnie Ditto, Mary Crowe and Hassie Sweet.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 1, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 12:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. Bro. Randy Conn, officiating.

Burial will follow in New Morley Cemetery in Morley, MO.

Pallbearers will be Gene Tidwell Jr., Shae Jordan Tidwell, Christopher Kreitzburg, Dylan Kersey, Drew Taylor and Bryce Hurt.
