Geraldine McGee

She was born on March 31, 1937 in Matthews, MO. to the late William, Sr and Willie Sims.

On December 9, 1955 in Sikeston, MO. she married James McGee who preceded her in death on June 30, 2016.

She was a long time member of the Shady Acres Church of Christ in Sikeston, MO.

She retired from the Bank of Sikeston after thirty plus years of service.

She is survived by one son, Craig (Becky) McGee of Sikeston, MO.; one daughter Christy (Philip) Sherrill of Sherwood, AR., and three grandchildren Caitlin (Zach) McKay of McMinnville, TN., Taylor Sherrill of Sherwood, AR. and Dylan (Katelyn) Sherrill of Sherwood, AR.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by one brother W.H. “Dub” Sims.

The family will have a private gravesite service.
