He was born on November 27, 1934 to the late Elvie and Myrtle Egon Price.
On March 17, 1956 in Hernando, MS. he married Peggy Cates Price who preceded him in death on December 5, 2015.
He retired from MoDOT in Sikeston, MO.
He is survived by one brother, Bob (Lou) Price of Union, MO.; numerous nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents and his wife he was preceded in death by two sons, Brian Scott Price and Michael Cliff Price; five brothers and one sister.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO.
Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston, MO.
