Angie Barnett

She was born January 14, 1960 in Charleston, MO. to the late Riley and Ruth Ketchum Brown.

On November 30, 1979 in Sikeston, MO. she married Curtis Barnett who survives of the home.

She was employed at Walmart in Sikeston, MO. from 1992 until the time of her death.

In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons and two daughters-in-law, Chris and Holly Newell of Cape Girardeau, MO. and B.J. and Hope Barnett of Sikeston, MO.; one daughter and son-in-law, Amber and Gary Eaton of Bernie, MO.; three brothers, Gary (Becky) Brown of West Frankfort, IL., John Brown of Sikeston, MO. and Riley “Pete” (Kellie) Brown of Louisville, KY.; three sisters, Sharon (Stan) Mims of Conroe, TX., Vanessa Brown of East Prairie, MO. and Kimberly (Larry) Buttrey of Wyatt, MO.; ten grandchildren and one great-granddaughter of the home.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Elizabeth Barnett; one brother, James “Bo” Brown and one sister, Lisa Brown.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until time of funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston, MO. Bro. Gary Brown, pastor of Faith Assembly Fellowship Church in West Frankfort, Illinois, officiating.
