Mc ISSAC, Robert “BOB” K. – 76, of Halifax formerly of Windsor passed away Saturday December 11, 2010 at the Q E 11 Victoria General Hospital Halifax. Born in Halifax he was the son of the late John Philip and Ella Victoria (McPhee) McIsaac. He served in the Royal Canadian Army and travelled with them to Korea and the Middle East. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Lower Sackville. Bob enjoyed curling, playing golf, cards, tinkering on the computer and doing crosswords. He was a loving husband and stepfather. Surviving are his wife Dorothy (Manley), (Clark),his adopted baby Tinkerbell the cat, stepchildren Keith (Margie) Clark, Grand Prairie AB, Nancy (Tony) Reid, Lower Sackville, Debbie (Stephen) Shea, Lucasville, Larry (Christine) Clark, New Glasgow several step grandchildren, brothers James (Pauline) McIsaac, Windsor, Vernon “Butch” (Irene) McIsaac, Falmouth, David (Margie) McIsaac, Falmouth, several nieces and nephews, sister in law Mary McIsaac of Falmouth. He was predeceased by a brother John F. McIsaac. There will be no visitation. A service of Celebration of Bob’s Life will be held 2pm, Tuesday, December 14th 2010, at the Ettinger Funeral Home Shubenacadie (Exit 10). Rev Larry Harrison officiating followed by a reception in the Chapel. Family flowers only, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, SPCA or Charity of your Choice.
