Tommy was born on September 19, 1950 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Lionel Enloe and Eunice Thompson Enloe. Tommy attended Caddo Heights Elementary and Linwood Jr. High before graduating from Fair Park High School in 1968. He later earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University Shreveport. He was a CPA in Shreveport for 42 years. “He was the smartest man he knew.”
Tommy was a die-hard LSU fan, he loved the outdoors, including archery, scuba-diving, hunting, and fishing. He read books by the thousands and then would read them again. Tommy was a walking encyclopedia that everyone from family to clients came to for all sorts of advice. He loved his family dearly and was a wonderful husband, father and pawpaw.
Tommy is survived by his wife of 50 years, Mary Dice Enloe; daughters Leslie Conger and husband Joe, Catherine ‘Denise’ Copeland and husband Jamie; sons Kevin and wife Pam, Michael and girlfriend Whitney Warren. Grandchildren Kirk and Kristopher Williamson, Hailey, Austin, Logan, and Katie Enloe, Justin “J.D.”, Caroline and Pearce Copeland and Killian Conger.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents Lionel and Eunice Thompson Enloe and Brothers Edward “Eddie” Lionel, and Jimmy Wayne Enloe.
Tommy’s funeral service will be Wednesday February 3, 2021 at 1pm at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday February 2, 2021 from 5pm-7pm. Honoring him as pallbearers will be his grandsons and sons-in-laws. Interment will take place in Centuries Memorial Park.
