Mary Frances Williford Hutton was born May 2, 1924 in Duncan, OK as the proud daughter of Virginia Helen McGwire and William Jordan Northcutt. She went to be with her Lord February 15, 2019 in Bossier City. Frances graduated High School in Duncan, OK and later married her sweetheart, Robert Lee Williford on June 13, 1942. He passed away in 1984. She then married Richard Hutton in 1989. He passed away in 2007. Frances was a wonderful homemaker until her children were of age and then worked as a bookkeeper at Bewley’s Furniture until retirement. She was the Treasurer of the NWLA Senior Athletes Association in her community that traveled and competed all over the nation. Frances was an excellent bowler, swimmer, and had an avid competitive spirit.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents; both of her husbands; three brothers; and one sister. She is survived by her children, Jerry Williford and wife Carolyn, Judy Culver, Richard Williford and wife Chris, Robert Williford, Jr., and David Keith Williford; 23 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A service celebrating the life of Frances will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home, Shreveport, LA. Officiating will be Pastor David Murphy. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be at 1:00 PM before the service.
