Joyce T. White

After graduating from high school she came to Shreveport where she met her husband William G. White.

Joyce was a faithful member of Woodridge Baptist Church. She lived a life of service helping others.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William G. White and her son, Billy White. She is survived by daughters, Dianne Allen and her husband Dempsey, Carolyn Glasscock and daughter-in-law Charlotte White. She has seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Beverly June Ferguson and Cherry Sue Chaffin.

A service celebrating the life of Joyce T. White will be held Thursday April 27, 2017, 2:00 PM at Centuries Memorial Funeral Home. Officiating will be Brother Chuck McInturf. Interment will follow in Centuries Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 PM until service time.

The family wishes to thank Dr. Robert Hernandez, Heritage Manor Stratmore Staff and Lifepath Hospice. A special thank you to Marcus and Romey.
