Sandra was born November 5, 1941 in Shawnee to Roscoe and Helen (Pierce) Richardson.
She attended Shawnee schools, and was a member of the Round-Up Club. She graduated from Shawnee High School.
Throughout her life, she worked various jobs, including the Pottawatomie County Development Authority for 5 years. She also owned a dog kennel, which she ran for 8 years. Sandra owned 6 nightclubs throughout her lifetime, the most recent being Broadway in Seminole.
Sandra loved all animals, especially dogs, cats, and horses. She also loved to cook, and her collection of over a thousand cookbooks kept her inspired.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 16 years, Starr Davis; daughter and son-in-law, Deidra and Roger Loveland; son, Rusty Hall; grandchildren, Eric and husband Roger Loveland, Lake Hall, and Chase Hall; brother and sister-in-law, Rocky and Wynonna Richardson; sister and brother-in-law, Roxanne and Ernie Gray; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 10am Friday at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Services are under the direction of Resthaven Funeral Home.
