Norma Estelle Hale, 97, of Shawnee passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018 at St. Anthony Hospital. Norma was born July 17, 1921in Shawnee to David and Osra Estelle Hale. Norma enjoyed reading her bible, dancing, embroidery, crocheting and working in her vegetable garden. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Norma was preceded in passing by her parents, David and Osra Hale; her siblings, Joshua Hale and his wife, Joyce and Luther Hale. Left to cherish her memory are her niece, Susan Bray and her husband, Dennis; nephew, Robert Hale; great-nephews, Travis Bray and his wife Karen, Sheldon Bray and his wife, DiJanna; Kasey Hale and numerous other family members.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 1-5 p.m. at Resthaven Funeral Home in Shawnee. Graveside Service will be 10 am, Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Tecumseh Cemetery in Shawnee.
