He was born on July 10, 1964 to Robert Wayne Mabe and Glenna Rose Roberts Mabe in Surry County, North Carolina.
Charles loved all sports and was a diehard Carolina fan. He enjoyed golfing and woodworking with his father, Nascar Racing, hunting, fishing and being outdoors. Most importantly he just loved being with his family.
Charles is preceded in death by his sister, Tina Louise Jenkins.
Those left to cherish his memory is his father, Robert Mabe; mother, Glenna Mabe; son, Austin Mabe; daughter, Sheena Mabe and husband Jonathon Callicutt; granddaughter, Bailey Callicutt; brother-in- law, Mike Jenkins; nephew, Christopher Mabe and fiance Chelsey Tharp; niece, Victoria Sibbett and husband B.J. Sibbett; and more numerous nieces and nephews.
